BlueRock Diamonds PLC - Reading, England-based diamond producer operating in South Africa - Sells a 6.8 carat stone for USD63,186 in its January sale. Executive Chair Mike Houston explained that the company had two potentially high value stones to sell in January, one of which fell under BlueRock's USD50,000 disclosure threshold. BlueRock says the average price per carat in the total January tender was USD565, up 22% from the 2021 average of USD465 per carat.
