Bluejay Mining PLC - mineral exploration and development in Greenland and Finland - Raises USD7 million before expenses in a placing of 76.9 million shares at a price of 7 pence per placing share. The funds will enable it to complete the necessary feasibility study required for its Dundas ilmenite project in Greenland. Adds that this will allow it to complete the feasibility study to the level needed for financial sign-off by a lending syndicate. This will enable the construction and production at Dundas. Following the issue of the shares, its total share capital will consist of 1.04 billion ordinary shares.
Current stock price: 8.70 pence, up 14%
