IN BRIEF: Bluefield Solar declares second dividend as NAV declines

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd - Guernsey-based income fund focused on UK-based renewable energy assets - Declares second interim dividend of 2.10 pence per share, up from 2.03 pence per share year-on-year. Dividends declared to date for financial year ending June 30 stand at 4.20p per share. Says NAV per share at March 31 is 139.1p per share, down from 142.4p at December 31. Equates to total NAV return of negative 2.3% for the quarter ended March 31. Claims decline is partly due to lower near-term power curve price forecasts. Bluefield reconfirms guidance of minimum 8.40p per share full year dividend.

Current stock price: 136.26p, down 1.0% in London on Thursday morning
