Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd - Guernsey, UK-based investment company focused on low-carbon assets in the UK - Acquires the development rights for a 20 megawatt battery storage project in Liverpool for GBP1.5 million. Bluefield buys the project from Warrington, England-based renewable energy project developer Shaw-Energi Ltd. Construction at the project is expected to begin this year. Bluefield also announce its first interim dividend of 2.03 pence per share for the financial year which ends June 30. That's an annual pace of 8.12p. Bluefield paid a total annual dividend of 8.0p for financial 2021, up from 7.9p in financial 2020.
