Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd - British Virgin Islands-based gold streaming, mining and treasury company - Raises GBP19,728 from its retail share offer at 0.15 pence per share. This increases Bluebird's total equity raise, including a placing and subscription, to GBP619,728. The 413.2 million new shares will start trading on Thursday. The equity raise, first announced in December, is part of a capital reorganisation "to stabilise the balance sheet and establish a structured funding framework to support the company's revised gold-focused streaming and treasury strategy".
