Blackstone Loan Financing Ltd - Jersey-based investor - Net asset value per share at June 30 comes in at EUR0.8875, up from EUR0.8435 at December 31. NAV total return increases to 11% from 0.2%. First half dividend increases to EUR0.035 from EUR0.030.
"During the first half of 2021, the company's performance continued to be positively impacted by reduced actual and expected investment downgrade and default expectations," company says.
Company adds that the outlook for the remainder of 2021 is optimistic but remains uncertain as the race between Covid-19 inoculations and the spread of the Delta variant of the virus is at a key juncture.
