Blackrock Greater Europe Investment Trust PLC - investment trust focused on small, mid and large-cap European companies - Brings Andrew Impey, chair of Asia Pacific-focused investment company Pacific Assets Trust PLC, to its board as non-executive director, effective April 28. Impey has over 30 years of fund management experience and over 35 years of investment trust experience.
