BioPharma Credit PLC - Exeter-based life sciences debt investment trust - Amends loan agreement with Sarepta Therapeutics Inc first signed in September 2019. Under original terms, the loan agreement would see Biopharma Credit invest up to USD175 million in the first tranche and up to an additional USD175 million in the second tranche by December 31, 2020. BioPharma-V will invest up to USD150 million with the company acting as collateral agent.
Under amendment, aggregate principal amount of tranche B has been increased from USD250 million to USD300 million. Biopharma Credit will keep its investment at USD175 million, but BioPharma-V will raise its investment by USD50 million.
