Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Surrey, England-based housebuilder - Executive Chair Robert Perrins buys 7,000 shares at GBP31.79 each, for GBP222,543 in London on Tuesday. Follows his purchase on Wednesday of 7,000 shares at GBP28.78, worth GBP201,482, after Berkeley shares fell in light of the company's decision to halt land buying amid a UK housing market downturn caused by the conflict in the Middle East.
