Berkeley Energia Ltd - Spain-focused clean energy company focused on bringing the Salamanca project into production - Says wholly owned Spanish subsidiary, Berkeley Minera Espana submits a administrative appeal before the Spanish National Court. Appeal relates to Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge rejection of the authorisation for construction for the uranium concentrate plant as a radioactive facility at the company's Salamanca project. Believes MITECO has rejected the NSC II application and the administrative appeal without following legally established procedure. Intends to strongly defend its position.
