Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC - cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets - Intends to conduct a fundraising to raise up to GBP5 million through a placing of new shares. The price at which the shares are to be placed and the number of new shares will be determined at the close of the bookbuild, the company notes.
