BBGI Global Infrastructure SA - infrastructure investor formerly known as BBGI SICAV - Co-CEOs Duncan Ball and Frank Schramm sell 380,000 and 381,659 shares, respectively, both at average price of 174.50 pence and worth GBP1.3 million in total. The sales, made on Monday and Tuesday, are "to pay tax and for personal portfolio planning purposes", company says. Ball now has 635,660 shares and Schramm 600,000.
