IN BRIEF: Baskerville To Become Oberon Investments After Acquisition

Baskerville Capital PLC - special purpose acquisition company - Confirms its intention to buy Oberon Investments Ltd. Consideration for the acquisition is GBP13.0 million to be satisfied by the issue of 323.9 million shares at 4 pence each. In addition, the company says it has conditionally raised GBP1.4 million by issuing subscription shares at 4p per share. Upon admission, Baskerville says it will change its name to Oberon Investments Group PLC.

Current stock price: 3.45 pence. Shares remain suspended since January 2020 and the company says it will not be applying for re-admission to the standard list and will delist on February 8. Baskerville says it plans instead the admission to trading on the AQSE market to occur on February 9.
