Baskerville Capital PLC - cash shell with the purpose of acquiring a company or business with a technology focus - Says shares will be cancelled from trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on February 5, the same day shares in the company will be admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market.
In January 2020, Baskerville said it would acquire Oberon Investments Ltd, adding that as part of the transaction it applied to cancel its listing in the LSE and seek admission to the Access segment of the AQSE Growth Market.
Current stock price: suspended, last quoted at 3.45 pence
