Barryroe Offshore Energy PLC - Dublin-based, West Cork, Ireland-focused oil and gas company - Executes EUR40 million funding agreement via a redeemable convertible secured loan note with Vevan Unlimited. Says it was entered into to provide the required funding for the work programme proposed in the Barryroe field lease undertaking application.
