Barclays PLC - London-based bank - Announces that Barclays Bank PLC's rescission offer, which commenced on August 1, has expired.
Out of the USD17.7 billion securities subject to the rescission offer, claims representing around USD7.7 billion of securities were validly submitted by initial investors in structured notes. Claims submitted by other investors through an online portal are under review, firm adds.
