Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender - Subsidiary JSC Bank of Georgia buys back USD16.2 million notes due 2023. The notes were issued in July 2016. Following the repurchase, Bank of Georgia holds USD103.3 million of the 2023 notes, 30% of the number issued.
