IN BRIEF: Bank of Georgia firm deputy chief, operating chief to resign

Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi-based lender - Georgia Levan Kulijanishvili, deputy chief executive officer & chief operating officer of subsidiary JSC Bank, will step down from his role, effective May 12. His primary duties will be temporarily handled by the group CEO Archil Gachechiladze until a replacement COO for JSC Bank is identified either internally or externally.

Gachechiladze says: "Levan had a significant role in the bank's operations...Going forward we will focus on refreshing and further digitising the bank's back office operations in line with our strategic priorities."

Current stock price: 2,785 pence, down 0.2%

12-month change: More than doubled
