Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Georgian lender - Subsidiary JSC Bank of Georgia repurchases USD9.5 million of notes due 2023, which were issued in 2016. Following this transaction, the group holds just under 13%, or USD44.2 million worth, of the 2023 notes. The notes bought back will be held by the company, and it has no current intention to cancel them.
