Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC - Nicosia-based lender - Launches and prices issue of EUR300 million in senior preferred notes under its EMTN programme.
Notes were priced at par with a fixed coupon of 2.50% per annum, and has a maturity date of June 24, 2027, however the bank hold the right to redeem the notes on June 24, 2026.
BofA Securities, Citigroup, HSBC and Nomura acted as joint lead managers.
