Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC – Japan-focused investment trust – Publishes a shareholder circular relating to a tender offer for up to 15% of its issued share capital, alongside proposals previously announced in December. The tender offer would be priced at net asset value per share less costs and a 2% discount. Shareholders will vote on the proposals at a general meeting on February 18. The board also proposes cancelling the 2027 conditional tender offer and introducing a 100% performance-related tender offer in 2030, alongside a continuation vote in 2028.
