BAE Systems PLC - FTSE 100-listed defence, security and aerospace company - Appoints Carolyn Fairbairn and Ewan Kirk as non-executive directors from March 1 and June 1, respectively. Fairbairn was previously a non-executive director of Lloyds Banking Group PLC, Vitec Group PLC and Capita PLC. Kirk is Chair of the Isaac Newton Institute for Mathematical Sciences and DeepTech Labs, a UK venture capital fund that invests in deep technology businesses, and Co-Chair of the Turner Kirk Trust.
