Atome Energy PLC - Leeds, England-based producer and marketer of green hydrogen and ammonia - Says site clearance in Paraguay begins at location for 1 megawatt electrolyser hydrogen production unit, which is currently being built by Doncaster-based Clean Power Hydrogen PLC. Site is located within greater Asuncion area. Expects first production of hydrogen in first half of next year.
Also notes ongoing discussions with suppliers of hydrogen-powered heavy goods vehicles, "with a view to first deliveries during the course of next year".
Current stock price: 85.00 pence, up 1.8% on Monday
12-month change: up 6.3% from December's 80p initial public offering price
