Assura PLC - Warrington, England-based primary care property investor and developer - Says that its results for the year ended March 31 will now be announced on May 24 and not May 18 as previously stated. The company's auditor - Ernst & Young LLP - has requested additional time to complete their internal review procedures. To date, Assura says that auditor has not raised any issues to management in respect of the accounts or corporate governance processes. The company confirms that EPRA earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the year-end will be modestly ahead of consensus estimates.
Current stock price: 67.45 pence, up 1.8% on Monday
