IMI PLC - Birmingham England-based engineering company - Clare Pike, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director and Chair Jamie Pike, purchases 3,508 IMI shares at GBP28.48, for a total of GBP99,908, on Friday.
It comes days after the company announced the beginning of a GBP500 million buyback programme amid strong profit growth.
Current stock price: 2,736.00 pence, down 2.8% on Monday afternoon in London.
