Asos PLC – London-based online fashion retailer – Deputy Chair William Barker buys 132,455 shares via Camelot Capital Partners LLC at an average price of GBP3.81 each on Tuesday for a total consideration of GBP504,715.90. Following the transaction, Camelot Capital Partners holds 18.8 million shares.
