Ashtead Group PLC - London-based US-focused industrial equipment rental - Wholly owned subsidiary Ashtead Capital Inc prices USD750.0 million in 5.95% senior notes due 2023 at 99.912% of the principal amount. The funds raised will be used to repay a portion of Ashtead's borrowings against its first priority senior secured credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
