Artemis Resources Ltd - London-based mineral exploration company focused on copper, gold and polymetallic assets in Indonesia - Raises AUD2.9 million via placing at AUD0.01275 per share. Says the placing, with "sophisticated" and institutional investors, was significantly oversubscribed and well supported by existing shareholders. Artemis also issues one free attaching warrant for every two placing shares, with an exercise price of AUD0.025 each and expiry date of March 9 2026. Plans to use the additional funding to undertake further exploration programs.
