Arix Bioscience PLC - healthcare investor based in London - Says its portfolio company Harpoon Therapeutics Inc, an immunotherapy business based in California, US, has announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 6.8 million shares of its common stock. Notes this includes 882,352 shares sold after underwriters purchased additional shares, resulting in gross proceeds of around USD115.0 million before discounts, commissions and expenses. Following this, Arix has a 6.9% stake in Harpoon, which amounts to 2.2 million shares.
