Ariana Resources PLC - exploration & development company - Says it has been granted an extension until September 30 for the publication of its 2019 financial results. Adds that due to delays caused by travel restrictions within Turkey, the audit process - which started towards the end of March 2020 - remains underway. While the Turkish audit is now complete, its auditors PKF Littlejohn LLP are working on completing the final group audit in July 2020. The annual general meeting is expected to be held in August.
