Argo Blockchain PLC - cryptocurrency miner based in London - Raises USD127.9 million through the issue of 8.5 million American Depositary Shares, representing 85.3 million shares at a price of USD15 per ADS, on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
Jefferies and Barclays acted as book-running managers for the offering, with Canaccord Genuity and Stifel GMP acted as co-lead managers.
