Arc Minerals Ltd - Zambia-focused copper and cobalt explorer - Confirms press report on a debt claim made against investee Zamsort Ltd relating to a USD5.8 million capital raise made in 2015.
Arc Minerals considers case to be "without any merit" and is not expected to proceed following with withdrawal of a key plaintiff.
Zamsort, for its own part, is looking launch its own action in High Court of Zambia to dismiss the claim as fictitious.
