Apax Global Alpha Ltd - investment fund managed by Apax Partners - Portfolio company Thoughtworks goes public on Nasdaq on Wednesday. AGA gets proceeds of EUR15 million, and its remaining look-through stake in Thoughtworks is worth EUR158 million, based on its closing price on Wednesday. That represents an uplift to AGA's adjusted net asset value on June 30 of 5.9%, or EUR0.17 per share.
