Tenders USD442.6 million of USD700.0 million 4.75% senior notes due April 2027. Tenders USD394.0 million of USD650.0 million 4.0% notes due September 2027. Tenders USD379.9 million of USD500.0 million 2.25% notes due March 2028. Tenders EUR282.6 million of EUR500.0 million 3.75% notes due June 2029. Tenders EUR260.8 million of EUR500.0 million 4.50% notes due September 2028. Tenders USD195.3 million of USD650.0 million 4.500% notes due March 2028.
