Amur Minerals Corp - Russian mineral exploration company - Says following the fixed-term loan note agreement entered into with Plena Global Opportunities LLC, Plena has decided to convert 6.5 million warrants at 1.43 pence each, raising a total of GBP92,950.
In March, Amur said it secured a GBP1.5 million fixed term loan note from Plena, stating the funds will be used to complete the Russian feasibility study for the Kun-Manie nickel-copper sulphide project located in the far east of Russia.
States Plena now has 4.7 million warrants remaining. Following the issue, Amur's share capital will comprise 1.37 billion shares.
