Amati AIM VCT PLC - investment firm - Says it intends to launch a top up offer in relation to the issue of shares in the 2020/21 tax year. Says offer will be subject to the rules governing non-prospectus offers, which will allow the company to raise up to GBP7 million. Funds raised under the offer will be used by the company to make investments in accordance with its existing investment policy.
