Alternative Liquidity Fund Ltd - investment firm - Says resolution to transfer to Specialist Fund Segment of London Stock Exchange from Premium Segment passed at extraordinary general meeting. "The company will now apply to cancel the listing of its ordinary shares on the Premium Segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market and will seek admission of its ordinary shares to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange," Alternative Liquidity says. Last day of trading on Premium Segment expected to be January 22.
