Alpha Growth PLC - London-based financial advisory specialising in 'longevity assets' such as life insurance - Intends to report annual results before the end of June, or the extended UK Financial Conduct Authority period, as opposed to April.
This is to allow the company and its auditors to provide the IFRS framework accounts in a timely manner.
"All accounting and audit work is progressing as expected and we look forward to publishing our annual report before the extended deadline," the company stated.
Current stock price: 1.94 pence, down 5.4% on Wednesday
