Alpha Group International PLC - London-based financial services firm - Shares start trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from the opening bell on Thursday, while delisting shares from trading on AIM. Says it is not offering any new shares in connection with the Main Market admission. Advises shareholders to consult their own tax advisers on the tax implications of moving to the Main Market.
