All Active Asset Capital Ltd - invests in companies with operations in Southeast Asia - Says portfolio firm Asimilar is working on preparing an admission document relating to the proposed subscription in and the granting of options over the equity of Sentiance NV. The move follows an offer made by Mesh Holdings PLC to acquire the entire issued share capital of Sentiance. As part of this offer, All Active Asset Capital said it has received a proposal from Mesh that Asimilar would receive compensation in the form of new shares in Mesh. Asimilar is exploring the terms of this proposal with Mesh and is pursuing appropriate due diligence to assess its merits. All Active Asset Capital holds 1.1% stake in Asimilar.
