IN BRIEF: Alien Metals wins grant for Pinderi Hills ground survey

19th May 2025 06:54

Alien Metals Ltd - Australia-focused minerals exploration and development company - Awarded a grant of up to AUD25,000, or nearly USD16,000, by the Western Australia government to co-fund an extensive ground gravity survey over the most geologically prospective areas of its Pinderi Hills project. Pinderi Hills is 50 kilometres south of Karratha in Western Australia and highly prospective for intrusive copper and nickel sulphide deposits, as well as platinum group metals and silver. Alien Metals notes its application for co-funding was judged "competitively" against other project applications by an expert geoscientific panel.

"The results of this gravity survey will allow for improved subsurface geological and exploration models to expedite the project. We look forward to updating our shareholders as new data is collected and updated exploration models are advanced," says Christopher Maiolo, general manager project development.
