Alien Metals Ltd - precious and base metals explorer - Inks exclusivity agreement with North American miner Capstone Mining Corp for the potential farm out of an interest in Donovan 2 copper-gold project in Mexico. Agreement provides a 45-day period for Capstone to undertake due diligence of the Mexican project. Companies plan to enter into a definitive agreement during the due diligence period, which will provide for a staged earn-in to the Donovan 2 project, through a combination of carried expenditure and cash payments.
