AJ Bell PLC - Manchester-based retail investment platform provider - Managing Director Billy Mackay sells 32,153 shares at GBP3.11 each, worth GBP100,001, in London on Friday. Following the transaction, Mackay is now interested in 1.5 million shares, a 0.365% stake.
On Thursday, AJ Bell said that in the financial year ended September 30 it generated record revenue of GBP218.2 million, up 33% from GBP163.8 million. Pretax profit shot up 50% to GBP87.7 million from GBP58.4 million. AJ Bell proposed a final dividend of 7.25 pence per share, up 58% from 4.59p.
Current stock price: 312.60 pence, up 4.5% on Friday
