AFC Energy PLC - Cranleigh, England-based provider of hydrogen power generation technologies - Appoints John Wilson as its new chief executive officer and executive director, effective immediately. Gary Bullard steps down as interim CEO and will assist with a smooth transition. Bullard will continue in his role as non-executive chair.
