Access Intelligence PLC - London-based software-as-a-service products provider - Completes acquisition of Sydney-based media intelligence and insights firm Isentia Group for AUD35.6 million, around GBP19.4 million.

Company shares re-admitted to London after approval of takeover gets green light. To fund the acquisition, company raised GBP50 million, through a placing of 39.8 million shares and a subscription of 1.8 million, at a price of 120 pence per share.
Enlarged company has 130.5 million total shares in issue, with 3.0 million in treasury.
