Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC - investment firm - Plans to issue up to 18.5 million shares, through placing and PrimaryBid offer, with real number of shares to be issued and price per share to be agreed between Investec Bank PLC and company following the bookbuild's close on Friday midday.
The fundraise follows the acquisition of Aberdeen Standard European's 15th asset, leading to a portfolio value of over EUR450 million. In that regard, proceeds from the fundraise will go towards taking advantage of an "attractive pipeline of investment opportunities".
Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income has 244.5 million shares issued overall.
