LONDON (Alliance News) - Imperial Innovations Group PLC on Monday said it has made a GBP3 million investment in Internet of Things services company Concirrus Ltd.
Concirrus provides a platform which allows its customers to gather and analyse Internet of Things data and use this in creating new products.
Imperial now holds a 28.6% stake in the company.
"Concirrus is an established revenue generating business and provides us with an exciting opportunity to work closely and shape the development of a pioneer of IoT solutions," said Kelsey Lynn Skinner, director of technology ventures at Imperial Innovations.
Shares in Imperial Innovations were down 0.7% to 466.62564 pence on Monday.
