LONDON (Alliance News) - Impax Environmental Markets PLC on Thursday said it has appointed the former head of Specialist Funds Company Secretariat & Accounts at Invesco Asset Management Ltd to its board.
Stephanie Eastment joins the trust, which invests in small to mid cap companies around the world that derive at least 50% of their revenue from environmentally friendly goods and services, from July 1.
Eastment is non-executive director and audit chair at Murray Income Trust PLC and Herald Investment Trust PLC.
Shares in Impax Environmental Markets remained flat at 294.00 pence just before close on Thursday.
