(Alliance News) - Engineering firm IMI PLC said on Monday Birgit Norgaard, a non-executive director, will step down from her role effective February 2020.
Norgaard, who joined the company's board in 2012, is currently the chair of the remuneration committee.
She is also a director at Canadian consultants WSP Global Inc and London-listed aerospace and defence firm Cobham PLC.
IMI said a new non-executive director will be named in due course.
Shares in the company closed down 1.1% at 946.20 pence each in London on Monday.
