LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineering firm IMI PLC on Friday said it has appointed Royal Dutch Shell PLC's Katie Jackson as a non-executive director, effective from the start of July.
Jackson is currently vice-president of commercial & new business development at the oil major, having been in the role since 2016. She also spent five years before that with UBS in its corporate finance arm.
Chairman Robert Smith said: "Katie is a seasoned executive with a strong background in the leadership of international oil and gas businesses and will be a welcome addition to the IMI board."
Shares were trading at 1,151.00 pence each Friday, down 1.2%.
